Renewable Energy co-ordinator Sharenergy (ie, Share-Energy), has put together a 25-page introduction to community-led Wind projects: How to plan, build and own a medium or large wind turbine in your community’s backyard. It aims to speed up the adoption rate of low-carbon energy solutions by motivating local community groups - and giving them advice from people who have been through it all before.
Importantly, the document is a "work in progress", so do check back often to see what has changed. You can follow Sharenergy's news by following their @sharenergy_uk Twitter feed.
